And it leads to people that speak at TED events and show a slide of their scatterbrained doodles about themselves and assert to the audience that this somehow communicates something meaningful and coherent about their "self." One thing people should learn more than anything else is that you're personal "nature" - who you are - is not static. It can and will change over time, and you should never sell yourself short by asserting (especially in your 10s, 20s, or 30s) what your nature "is" - ie who you are - and then drop yourself into some job, relationship, or situation that fits "who you are / who I am." This is the mark of self-ignorance, not self-knowledge.
