About Apocalypse, the ride used to be themed to Terminator, which is a movie about a robot coming from the future, so with the name Terminator Salvation that description makes sense.
...Common "we at sixflags yall" 😂 well themed do i miss it Hell naw!! Nothin could compare to a Cyclone night right ride!!!

i dont get the hate about boomerangs the one at my home park (Darien Lake) is perfectly fine lol are they just overused at too many parks or do some run really bad?

The Apocalypse one actually makes alot of sense if you know the history of the ride. Apocalypse first opened under the name Terminator Salvation: The Ride (obviously themed to the terminator franchise.) And the whole theme that revolves around Terminator is that its a time traveling killing machines.
So I guess Six Flags never bothered to change the description, lol.
I can't stop watching these.

Yes, great escape updated the names for both of the coasters from part 2, but now they're like too basic. Definitely better but they could have a little more flavor

Along the same lines of this video, you could do a video of guessing roller coasters off their google maps descriptions, for example the Beast's description is "Wooden roller coaster with steep drops"

Watch the Six Flags announcement video from when St Louis got their boomerang, or when SFA got Apocalypse (it was more hyped by JRA than Goliath at Great America). I remember laughing so hard at JRA hyping those rides up.
How to beat the Great American Scream machine break run, push your head back into the seat and push your hands up against the orange lap bars

First of all I don’t know why they don’t call the Boomerang ride Captain Boomerang to stick with the DC theme since Captain Boomerang is a villain, secondly that Mine Train ride is actually really fun especially at night.
