Just bought it. Here's what's really cool about XO. You add the pack and you have 180 new one shot sounds. When you lock the drum sounds search function to only include sounds from the dusty pack, choosing another beat from a completely different pack uses these new sounds intelligently. So, you don't just get new sounds and new beats with the pack, you get a fresh take on all the other presets you already have in XO. Because all the previous packs (I have them all) have had an electronic edge, this new pack really is quite different and does make completely new sounding beats from existing presets.

Hard question though, we have so much stuff now. But I love the concept of life! Keep on improving this one, I made all of my drums on my newest track with life, it came together so well ❤️
The AI thing is trained really well for percussive elements, it didnt work so well for synthy glitchy stuff creating slower more coherent patterns.
Keep on working on this platform, everything is integrated so well if you improve this even more than you will reach the epic level 👽
This! Is what everybody have waited for! Not (it sounds good, but nothing you wouldn’t get from Splice, so… who was it made for?)
Splice loops can’t be edited. All beats/presets in XO are fully customizable, by tempo, individual samples, the midi pattern, swing, processing - everything.
this one stands out! If you guys come out with XO 2.0 please fold this artist in along with Niles Philips

I would really like to be able to disable automatic scanning at startup everytime! My sample library is huge and it does scan the entire thing for 15 min everytime i start XO which uses up CPU and makes my PC`s fan go loud. It is very annoying and it would be better if i can manually scan when i added a new sample pack to my library. This is in fact the biggest issue i have with XO.

Why are there no updates for this programm?
We released an update for XO very recently that added Double/Half time. Is there anything in particular you are hoping for in an XO update?
@@xlnaudio I like the new update! I still need an option to toggle scanning at startup on and off. I keeps me from having XO in my Ableton template and i dont even let it sit in projects for that reason, i always render the beat as wav. because when i work on a project it will scan through my library multiple times a day if i open and close the project a couple of times. It takes about 20 min for one scan, so it can happen that XO is scanning for hours a day, that is rediculous! Programms like NI Maschine and Loopcloud handle this in a better way imo.
I also had problems with intergrating an external USB SSD drive, it made it even worse the scanning took forever and eventually got stuck which forced me to detatch the SSD because my PC froze and i had to repeair the SSD. Something about the scan process of XO is not how it should be, no other programm does it this agressive. Kind regards

Really disappointed you're charging this much to existing customers. Also, disappointed your new update has no new samples or patterns. When I first started with you guys you were my favorite company. But the last year has been downhill.
