I tried making kuttu in gooja ..it turned out good ..is it wrong to use gooja and aazhaku to keep on gas and cook ..may be a silly doubt ..but would like to get clarification 🙏🏼

Keerai should be washed well before cutting. If we keep cut keerai immersed in water,many nutrients will get washed away.

I don't use asafoetida while tempering keerai. Additionally I use jeera. Jeera+red chillies is a good combination and gives a different aroma
