    How do you get into that position. I am usually lower in the water and have to lift the head to clear the water.

      This is a half pineapple drill or hand lead kicking. This is to practice side breath.

    When i swim i turn my whole body up and take a breath easily is it wrong way or should I fix this issue? I can't take breath like swimmers 🤔🤔🤔

      I just saw a video on this channel with that as an acceptable technique. It’s on breathing while swimming from a couple years ago.

      It’s never too late to learn! Many people start swimming later in life and make amazing progress. Take it step by step and don’t be discouraged.
