Earlier i used to follow sufi deobandi manhaj but alhamdulillah from 4 years I've been following manhaj e salaf. Quran and sahi Hadith.

I know many safis in turkey, they are good people, but i never knw they were salafi, because most laymen dont understand about such matters of bidah and false attributions to Allah

The U'lama will clarify the matter to us bi'izniĺlah. They're analysing the situation so we need to be patient BarakAllaahu Feek. Beware of opinions of Jaahils claiming to know better than the U'lama BarakAllaahu Feek. They (ibn baz, Muqbil RahimahumAllah and others) called out Bin laden before the west even knew what they were upon. May Allah Azza wa Jal reward you for your patience akhi.
This happened, after the communists lost the war, then afghanistan went into anarchy that's the timeframe where these two sheikhs (may Allah have mercy upon them both) are talking. The Taliban came after and started in Kandahar to stop these warlords oppressing people. After that when the Taliban had control and established security and control, the enemies of Allah & disbelievers/hypocrites wanted to created tyranny after the peace, hence they invaded Afghanistan. الله أعلم

He drove out the soviets when they invaded. The shaykh rahimahullah was first person to wage jihad against them.
