I have a question, how do we know the Taliban murdered the Shaykh? They have publically denied involvement. Therefore, the burden of proof is upon whomever makes an accusation.

I feel like scholars from Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, and even Kurdistan would be able to make the most progress with them due to having regional similarities

Afghanistan is not an Islamic state that follows Qur'an and Sunnah . It is a misguided Islamic state calling to the aqeedah of maturidi, the turuq of sufiyah (mostly naqshabandi) deobandi and are blind followers of imam Abu hanifa rhm in Fiqh only. The layman needs to understand this very clearly. IT IS NOT AN ISLAMIC STATE whereby it's rulers follow the aqeedah taught by Muhammad sallalahu alaihi wasallam and adopted by the sahaba. Those who are offended by this statement out of ta'asub towards the Taliban too bad, just suck it up.

Is it permissable to pubically speak out against them since they are now officially the rulers and leaders and its from the manhaj of ahlus sunnah was Salaf As Salih that they dont openly and publically critisize the rulers. This is a Qa'idah which has always been there and not just restricted to Saudi.

Refuting taliban as a group and its ideology is definitely not criticising the ruler. Did Imam Ahmad stop his refutations against the Jahmiyyah when the ruler adopted the their stance and started to kill the scholars?

We condemn any group that goes against thr manhaj of ahlul sunnah wal jamaah but we will never rebel against the Muslim ruler even if he oppresses the people and takes their wealth.
I thank Allah subhanahu wa tala that the rulers of Saudi Arabia have established Tawheed and Sunnah and have protected the lands of Makkah and Madina from the corrupt Ikhwani, Sufi, Shia, Khariji sickness and I thank the ruler of Saudi that they have locked up and prosecuted the likes of the Ikhwani callers Salman al Awda to rebellion and corruption of the Muslim ummah. Alhamdulillah.

Akhi , I think the Taliban’s response to the Shiah population has been quite balanced. Before when they were in power, they unjustly killed many innocent shiah’s including women and children. Now they are trying to show that they are willing to cooperate as long as the Shiahs stay within limits. It’s all for uniting the Afghan population so they can all contribute to rebuilding Afghanistan. Afghanistan is extremely tribal so these things go a long way. They will deal with the Shias appropriately without conceding their beliefs. Allah knows best.

there is a difference of between being in the middle, which giving them their rights of life and so on, but you must not allow them to portray their shirk and bidah. Before, they were overly harsh, but now they are on the other side of the coin.
Killing them unjustly is haram, but allowing them to practice their shirk is also Haram
I too believe that the Taliban is more balanced in their approach to the Shia this time around. That being said, if you give the Shia an inch they take a mile. They can not be allowed to gain an upper hand over ahlu-sunnah.
The shia must NOT be allowed to publicly proselytise in Afghanistan. That being said, I don't think there is too much the state can do RE - what is taught inside the hawzas & individual Hussainiyahs.

exactly, it could have been a personal vendetta rather than a sectarian based murder. but Taliban is mostly sunni pathan , there are few other groups joining in the name of gaining freedom from outsiders

@@NasirAlHanbali How can the ruler not be a group? If you point to the ruling group you are still pointing to the ruler. It doesn't really matter where the were before, today the are the rulers, they conquered the land. Besides they even had salafis give bayah to them and fight in their ranks.
I'm not saying you shouldn't speak about innovations, but aren't you supposed to do that without pointing at the ruler and saying 'they are guilty of such and such'?

@@NasirAlHanbali well theres a clear cut double standard when it comes to saudi rulership and thier bidah and treachery and what have you then the principle of speaking ill against the rulers is abused. The taliban being a group doesnt take away the fact that they are in postion for rulership by the basis of sharia and the pk and saudi goverments have recongised them as legitmate regime and rulers. So why are you and this sheikh talking ill of muslim rulers which your own rulers accept? And lastly how did the saudi pact start? And in its second and third phase were they not a group to begin with?
There is no double standard, the scholars speak about evil, whether it takes place in Saudi or other than Saudi and that is a fact.
As for the rulers from the Taliban, then they are the muslim rulers like any other Muslim ruler and we apply the Manhaj of the Salaf.
However, their innovations and the innovations or evils about the group are still clarified without causing a revolt or a rebellion.

No doubt that Afghan Taliban have some very weird stuff going on but to say that IS first victims were Muslim is blatant lie and slander.Yes there was infighting and rivalries but do not blame without proof.
1st, destiny is the Taliban as the government and the leaders of Afghanistan then they are also leaders for me. As a devout Muslim, it is not worthy of a citizen to speak out and even open the door to fitnah. As a people and we are all as a body that holds the rope of Allahﷻ, It's time we practiced it like the Ibnul Mubarak rahimahullah Every day, and often saying to Muslims of his contemporaries without tirelessly hoping for A PRAYER TO BE ANSWERED, he will ask that he request To Allah ﷻ For the government to be rectifying. Isn't everything in the process of being in the process of being good, and don't expect that their jihad is the same as our multi-resourced, and knowledge-consulting.

I think something is better than nothing, if they are doing some minor mistakes just ignore them for it for the sake of Allah ,Muslims need to be united, as we can see we have not a single nation talking about sharia law, if they are trying to apply even a minor part of it, lets just support them and try to correct their mistakes remaining with them
