This was such a good review. I'm just a Robert Downey Jr fan and I won't be able to see the play (not American) so I just wanted to get a review of the play and how it's doing and you did such an amazing job, covering all the key aspects. Thank you!

Thank you! It was cool to see Robert Downey Jr in person. The grosses just came in for the first week and it has been selling at 100% capacity so that's a good sign.

I don't think it's just about AI! It's also about our struggle with the concept pf death, addiction,... It really struck a cord with me

Of course. It's about many things. But the AI part was what makes it so timely. Thanks for the comment!

Thanks. Will be seeing this later in the run.
Where did you sit? Does it matter?

I scored a pretty good seat in the center section row H. I think it's a more intimate play so sitting closer is best. That being said, the director Bart Sher knows the thrust stage of the Beaumont really well and is great at staging the actors so everyone can see. I think this show would have been better suited for the smaller Mitzi Newhouse Theater and would probably have premiered there if it didn't have the box office draw of a big name like Robert Downey Junior.
