My mate just got diagnosed now has been told he has only three years to live..now when I wake my eyes open it happens instantly I can't stop thinking of him and what he is going through its actually making me very depressed i can't imagine what he is feeling

How does he have a trach but is still able to type and stand?

Must be Bulbar onset. His diaphragm was affected first.
