Never got into Ace or Kiss back way back then . I was still recovering from Hendrix and Trower still blowing my mind and played like they did Instead of someone like Ace who influenced many guitarist . After watching this video , Iam glad I did 😁

I was there, it was a good show. The man is 72 years old, his voice was always like that just add the extra years and this is where he is. He didn't stagger around the stage like he was drunk. It was a lot cleaner live, video isn't everything. And by the way, Gene and Paul have been using backing tracks the last several years so don't tell me they are giving you the best show, their age is a problem as well.

Ace is always preaching about being clean and sober for the last 15-20 years now but he sure looks and acts wasted. I just watched another Ace video from a few weeks prior to this one and he could barely stand and speak. He was bombed. I’m glad I decided not to go to this Houston concert because I’d ask for my money back.

While he can still play the guitar. He has no business out on the stage anymore. His vocals are absolutely horrendous. I saw him last month in PA. We left with about 20 mins to go. The funniest thing Ace said all night was, I’m sober 17 years now. C’mon dude, maybe you’re not taking illegal drugs. But you are taking something to excess. He was slurring his words and stumbling around. Very sad. At 72, this behavior and his addiction, as been his entire adult life.
