    PARTING TECHNIQUE
    Begin with freshly washed and blowdried hair. Begin parting in the back.
    After parting a section, apply edge control to the base and lightly comb it through. Plat your hair about a quarter of the way down, passing the strands of hair at least 10-12 times and then leave the ends.
    Back of head
    Row 1: 4 sections
    Row 2: 6 sections
    Row 3: 7 sections (this row should bring you to the top of your ears)
    Row 4: 7 sections
    Row 5: 9 sections
    Left side (starting right above the ears)
    Row 1: 3 sections
    Row 2: 3 sections
    Part top of head down middle
    Row 1: 5 sections
    Row 2: 6 sections
    Row 3: 6 sections
    Right side (starting right above the ears)
    Row 1: 3 sections
    Row 2: 4 sections
    Part top of head down middle
    Row 1: 4 sections
    Row 2: 7 sections
    Row 3: 6 sections
    80 total sections
    HAIR PREP
    Separate each loc of 1B in half and separated each loc of the 2T1B/30 into 4 strands.
    INSTALL
    Insert the crochet hook into the base of the plat and pull one half of the 1b strand through until the middle of the strand is under the base of the plat. Begin twisting combining your hair with one side of the 1b strand and twist to the end of the plat. From there, split the rest of your hair in two and combine each side of your hair with each strand of the 1b and continue twisting down.
    Twist until there's about a quarter of the 1b strand left. Attach the 1b/30 strand. Hold the ombre stand in the middle and align it with the middle of the open twist. Roll each side of he ombre hair with the 1b hair, keeping the middle as closely aligned as possible. Once attached, twist to the end. Cut off any scraggly ends.

      You're very welcome! And you got this girl!! I suggest doing as much of the parting as you can, first. So maybe section all the rows first, and then draw a parting diagram so you know how many sections you're going to put in each row. Then start installing the hair! That way you have an idea of how much hair you're going to use and you can achieve a natural density for the finished style. Let me know how it comes out!!

    Hey thank you so much for sharing. I do have a question. I have used this haid as well vut my twists came out different. Some was twist right and some wasn't. Is there a particular way to twist the hair so ALL the twist s, twist the same??

    • @nashaeshainte
      @nashaeshainte  8 месяцев назад

      Yes! Great question!!! First, you want to make sure you are twisting in the right direction. I twisted towards my left, and I didn't roll the hair between my fingers while twisting. I held the hair lightly between my fingers while twisting. I didn't "rope twist" the hair. Hope that makes sense lol!

  • @monique6805
    @monique6805 Год назад +4

    Do you have to twist the hair while your twisting the hair if you know what I mean? Or is that a preference on styling I saw in your other video with mini twist how you twisted, but that was a different kind of hair, just wondering kinda of getting mixed signals on this particular hair. By the way, I love your videos.
    I got it now thanks. I love this video

      @nashaeshainte  Год назад

      No worries!! I’m glad to answer any questions 🤗. No, they’re not heavy at all, the hair is springy and light. However, I’d imagine they would get heavy if you drench them in water. I didn’t wet them so they remained light on my head.

    Hi, would these be considered medium and was it hard to take out? Looks great on you!

    • @nashaeshainte
      @nashaeshainte  11 месяцев назад

      Yes! I would consider them to be medium size. They weren't hard to take out at all. I just cut them at some point below where my hair ends, untwisted them, and they came out of the base of my hair easily.

  • @Iam_Telesha
    @Iam_Telesha 9 месяцев назад +1

    I'm just curious as to why you suggested the parting on each left and right side be uneven? For example Left 3 and 4, the Right 3 and 3

    • @nashaeshainte
      @nashaeshainte  9 месяцев назад

      Great question! That’s the number that worked with the size of my head. Of course, I would have liked for it to be even on both sides but I needed the size of the individual sections be a good size for the twist, so it ended up coming out a little uneven 🤷🏽‍♀️ lol
