She sounds so entitled to that shirt, it's someone else's property!
If I had that shirt, old Bobbies family will have to pay me MILLIONS to get it back!

How did it get from her attic to the present owner, it doesn't sound like she sold it so it must have been stolen. Why should she pay millions to get stolen property back?

@@Jason.King.at.your.service considering Geoff Hurst’s shirt sold for just shy of £100,000 in 2000 then went on sale again in 2016 estimated at £300,000-£500,000 though failed to meet the reserve I think Moore’s would be worth a bit more than 20k in 2024.

How long was it missing for? That important you would notice it missing. Priceless to them.
How much is it worth now? How much did someone else pay for it? If it’s stolen property then whoever payed for it is about to lose a lot of money.
They know how it’s gone missing and when it’s gone missing if it’s that sentimental to them. Probably only want it back because of its worth not its sentimental value.
Bet one of the family members have sold it and now want it back.
Who has had access to this loft? Who would know to go into their big house looking around for this leather bag which is tucked away into the loft and not steal anything else.
    INSIDE JOB!!
