It's so sad to see Courtney stoned and almost unable to sing. They had to turn up her mic just so we could hear her. It really is so sad to see and her having to read off a teleprompter is even more sad. The others? My Lord these guys are legends in their own right. Billy getting them together is just phenomenal. Much love to all SP lovers.
55:30 is magic to me. I always see mayonaise as a sort of “full circle” moment for Billy and James’ friendship. Their story just makes that last chord so much more beautiful to me
Great moment of pure stoke on Chino's face at the 1:03:18 mark when the drums kick. Dude has great taste to pick those two tracks, but how can you NOT make that face when you know that Jimmy is about to tear the roof off of the place and you're right there tied to the nose of the missile? Then that 1:06:40 moment when he's got a front row seat for one of JC's raddest drum parts ever... just great to see a talented artist in a fan role.
Great work on this, what an amazing show. Awesome to see Chino singing Bodies. Deftones are one of my favorite bands and Bodies is one of my favorite SP songs.
Wow thanks for your hard work on this!!! (this is xdarcyx) you did an amazing job compiling all of the video and audio sources!!! I am honored to be part of this! :) Very happy to relive this show in all it's glory. It was truly an epic night!!! It sounds like you cleaned my audio up a bit -- what settings did you use? I know the original came out kind of muddy. Thanks SO much for this!!
Hey mate. Firstly thankyou for recording the show! Makes editing these alot easier compared to searching through video sources for what works best and as a Pumpkins archivist having audio for shows is fantastic. I honestly didn't do too much to your audio at all apart from make sure the volumes were similar to the other audio source which only recorded the first part of the show. One thing I'm not great at is audio editing as I don't know what I'm doing 😃
At this point in the band’s career, with 3 new members basically, they sound amazing here. What kills me is the audience just standing there. Lol, I couldn’t imagine not jamming out at an SP concert. And this was pre-pandaemic 2018… well, they did say New Jersey was tough, right? It’s been enough of rehashing the old stuff though, its nearing 2022 and Billy & Co said two new albums are in the works, with a sequel to Mellon Collie, a 33-song (triple?) album is pretty much done. Excited to see if SP in 2022 means Jimmy and James are featured instead of drum machines and synths. Does a MCIS sequel mean, “remake” or an actual evolution of a matured songwriter and experienced band (even the newest member, Jeff Schroeder, has been with Billy for nearly 15 years. Rock out kids, move your feet and swing your hips ffs. :)
early Pumpkins sounded new wave, you can hear the JD /New Order, Cure all over it. Plus that's his son Jack on the bass, it's natural to bring out dad for this special show
Hello. If you want to protect your ears from acoustic impact, I recommend that you use a piece of cotton. Put it in such a way that you have your hearing protected, but at the same time, that it lets you hear. Thank you.
It's a shame, but there's no helping it. She had a shoulder injury that she refused to get surgery for, that doctors told her she needed, and she failed to show up to several scheduled meet ups and rehearsals. Corgan still offered to have her appear to sing two songs and she got upset about not being an equal in the band. Well, if she wanted to actually play during the tour, why didn't she show up to rehearsals? I'd prefer she was there, but to be honest, outside of just maintaining their image, she was the least important member. Her absence has minimal effect on the sound of the band, and the rest of the band don't deserve ending their career over D'Arcy's BS. It is what it is. No use crying about it, it isn't the bands fault, their's nothing they can do. It's time to move on.
Remember, Billy and Jimmy tried to form a band that wasn't called the Smashing Pumpkins, Zwan, and you know how well that went over with the fans. So don't give me that "this isn't the real Pumpkins" shit. If the fans wanted them to not call themselves the Smashing Pumpkins without the full lineup, they should have supported Zwan or Billy's solo albums. The fans aren't happy when they do something new, ya'll aren't happy when they do the same old Pumpkins. Ya'll are never happy. I'm sick of hearing it.

Love “Rocket” with three guitars! Really noticeable towards the end of the song 🎉

Chino singing Bodies is fucking killer!!!

five years ago today! thank you for putting this video together, my memory of this show was hazy at best.
Jeff completely nailed the Stairway to Heaven solo.
2018, saw them in Philly, NYC and then here. What a week it was! Thanks for sharing!
Joy Division covered by SP with Peter Hook! and a trashed Courtney Love---a classic moment.
This is so cool, when he brings his kids on stage at the start love that!!!

Shepherd's Chapel Network !!!!!!! Do you know where America is mentioned in the Bible ??????? Shepherd's Chapel Network !!!!!!!
The guests made this show truly special. The moments like Billy can't help but smile during Hole covers are priceless.
I will not miss these guys ever again when they come to Jersey
Wow, most excellent edit of the show. Thank you
Great editing! Thanks a lot for this one!
The rarely-performed "Blew Away" by James Iha 45:35. Eye candy in yellow!
Ooh. Looking forward to this.👍😎
02:18:57 is where you wanna go my friend ! ;)

me too. It's my absolute favorite by them
One of their best, for sure
billy corgan reminds me of 'pipes' from ghostwatch-if you know you know.
That wall of guitars during Cherub Rock, fuck me amazing!!
I’m surprised to see Peter Hook 🪝 in this show!

And D'arcy?...
Fantastic, thank-you.
Thank you

That was great. Thank you!
The heck is going on with Courtney at 2:14:00
Too bad Courtney Love could not make it.
Was there for this !! Courtney should be escorted of the premise when she's done
In the rocket video at the end they look old in another 15 yrs maybe twenty they should redo the video where the get younger
Whos is the weirdo in the moo moo?
THE DEFTONES
Lol, Love was smashed!
I thought courtney grew up
Sorry to say that but a 30th anniversary without D'Arcy involved is just a nonsense, I am a fan in a very stupid way but that's it, I assume it.....
You’re right! Miss D’arcy.
Well it's not as bad as the Judas Priest 50th anniversary with only Rob and Ian from the classic line-up
