I really wish you could just come be my personal trainer for a week!! Lol. I’m a very busy 53 year old who owns a painting business and I get lazy once I get home on eating right and drinking the water!! I will absolutely try the fruit sitting in my water!! Can frozen fruit be used?
I just discovered you on RUclips. I really enjoy the educational value as well as the increased flexibility I have noticed in just a short period of time. Thanks for the H2o reminder and for helping we seniors to be more healthy and strong. My new challenge is to eat a more nutritious diet and decrease the sugar. Oh how I love it, butt it doesn't love me back (side). LOL Thanks for helping me to pay attention to my health and well being.
I have fallen on my tail bone, two weeks ago , I,m still sore, but I would like to know if there is some exercise I can do.? I am having to set on a divided cushion. Thank you. I am a new viewer.

Is it possible to drink too much water?
Some say not to drink to much water so is 64 oz safe to drink
how come your fitness program is all messed up and not simple as it was? I couldn't fine on log in .I really had to search a way to get in.
