Wix customer service is absolutely the worst of all platforms. We have been with Wix for almost 10 years for our online store, and submitted the first ticket 10 days ago, and no one ever emailed us back on anything.
Hi, sorry to hear that you had such a bad experience with Wix's customer service. We suggest opening a new ticket, as the first one may have fallen through the cracks for whatever reason. Hope you get an answer very soon!
How do we tell wix customer support that they suck? It used to mean that when they said they would call you in 3 minutes, it was 3 minutes. now it cam be 10 hours....
Sorry to hear that Wix support sucks - that's frustrating. The only thing we could recommend is upgrade to a VIP plan which includes a faster turnaround as part of the upgrade. Hope this helps!

Adding to others' statements about the atrocious customer service. I have a paid Premium Biz account with Wix, have active paying customers that use the booking services feature through Wix, and I have been unable to login to my account for more than two days. I have been through 3 cust serv reps, reached out to them on all social platforms, followed all directions given to me, and still no resolution. And they have been unresponsive to my emails and concerns. There is no phone number and no live chat that allows me to work through this with an actual person that can help me.
Hi Malia, we're so sorry to hear about your ordeal. That sounds terrible. As you need an account to contact Wix via their live chat / call back system, we have a suggestion for you. As a temporary workaround, you could set up a second 'dummy' account, for the sole purpose of reaching out to the Wix customer service team, as shown in the video. This way you can get in contact with an actual customer service person, and you can then explain the situation to them and hopefully they can get the issue resolved quickly. Social channels and other lines are sometimes are unfortunately less reliable. We really hope you can get access to your account soon. Please let us know how it goes.
