all wifis(bluetooth), thumbnail USB drives, all routers do not last more than 2~3 years in general(if lucky, may last longer but not much long), they all burn like incandescent light bulbs.. since acer's wifi was built inside and i may not be able to find the compatible part from a used pc part store. this is why WiFi cardbus is better.

,I believe the most common screwdriver size is 00 Philips. And smaller. If you would get some cheap laptop repair kit - it should have it.

Any idea what type of wifi card this Laptop has? Mine stopped working.
It could be also drivers, maybe? Otherwise I would search eBay, something like "make model wifi card"
