    Will this this shrink my upper body. My upper body is bigger than my lower body.

      No it won’t, rowing builds the lats and shoulders, if you want to “shrink” your upper body, you need to grow the bottom half. Do squats, hip thrusts, single leg hip raises, or basically anything leg. You can’t shrink your upper body, unless you lose a lot of weight, but you can make it look smaller by growing other areas
