    btw that splitting step at 6:00 is unecessary as the waste will fall out anyway when your chops from both sides meet.

    Ich weis nicht warum man hier einen Daumen runter gibt und dann noch ohne den passenden Kommentar.
    Der Tisch sieht super aus!
    Smile, wo du die leisten für die Tischplatte zugesägt hast bzw. die 45° schnitte, da war die Säge am Quietschen. :-) :-)
    Der Tisch erinnert mich an was, was ich mal im TV gesehen habe. Nämlich so eine kleinen Bank, wo man sich drauf setzen kann und die Knie dabei nicht so stark belastet. Viele Asiaten setzen sich ja auf die Unterschenkel (evtl. knien), durch die Bank werden die Unterschenkel nicht so belastet. Diese Bank wurde in einem Klappmechanismus versehen, das man sie Problemlos falten konnte und mitnehmen kann.

    I think I just binge watched 10 of your videos while at work... where did you learn all these joineries? I'm going to be starting woodworking as a hobby :) Do you have a list of tools you use?

      Buy new tools as you need them according to what you're learning on. A list of his tools would likely give you a few hundred dollars' worth that won't do anything but gather dust for years until you finally get to them.
      He likes to focus on the hand tool work for his videos but there's plenty being done offscreen with machines. Table saw (seen in the video) Drill press (not seen) Jointer (seen) Planer (not seen) etc... Make the big purchases first and throwing $50 here or for some more clamps (can't have too many clamps) or $100 there for a couple router bits doesn't seem like a big deal. You've already made room in your budget thanks to the large purchases. All of the machines above are staples of any shop. Bandsaw should also be on the list, and unless you want to spend half of your time sanding stuff by hand a nice assortment of sanders is also nice.
      You can spend the rest of your life just buying the tools, so don't wait until you think you have everything you need to start a project. Start it, and buy the tools as you go. If it needs to sit a month for your budget to catch up that's alright. The wood doesn't have an expiration date and you can start another project.
      Start cruising the yard sales with your mom. You can find a lot of older hand tools for dirt cheap that just need some TLC and at yard sale prices, you can afford to have them sit around until you need them.
