Oddy wrap is eco friendly and has multiple uses . presentation is one of key factors and this wrap helps me to achieve this..oil less samosaas (my favourite)can be done in ordinary stove tooo
I have used ODDY parchment paper to bake gluten free brownie...it was my first time to use ODDY..and it was good to know it's eco friendly
We can use something to base my sticky rice rotis or alu Paratha before turning them over on tawa nothing sticks back to the sheet.this is very good alternative to plastic sheets.where we oil or dust with flour and then roll out the dough. And also used for cake baking . Important one is "when u get the ecobake product recycling is right thing to do

because I don't have oven
I will use this for all baking like cake cookies especially no bake cake and all stream cooking like idly, idyappam. Then for rolling Chapatti and you said while wrapping food it will not allow heat out of it. I will cover foods while traveling so it will be travel friendly

Chef .Thank you for your video ….however I have a question…after you make the dough do have to rest Ragi dough or you make idiayappam immediately after mixing the dough .since you did not mention please advice
