    The new supply doesn't even look worthwhile, most time the new supply is a doormat and also a codependent.

      That's a common observation. many times, the new supply may exhibit traits that make them susceptible to manipulation. It's important to recognize these patterns and prioritize self-worth over comparison. Thank you for sharing your insights!

    On the 23rd December 2024 after two and a half years of discard by a narcissist.
    I was greeted by them in a shopping mall
    I didn't answer and kept walking. Thanks for your guidance in this article. ❤

    It’s simple , you are a part of the team who deliver supply so when you reject your supply need to be delivered by one of the others.

    • @NarcPedia

      That's an interesting perspective! It highlights how narcissists often rely on multiple sources of supply to fulfill their needs. Recognizing your role in that dynamic is crucial for setting boundaries and prioritizing your own well-being. Thank you for sharing your thoughts!

    Finally i have found a channel that takes on a narcissist. Other channels say don't engage, avoid them, don't call them out. Don't say narcissist to a therapist. Just leave them alone. I was feeling like the narcissist was protected from high above. Its great to see offensive tactics compare to defensive tactics seen on other channels. Thankyou

      It’s bad advice… all it does it give the narcissist fuel, increases your emotional thinking and the narcissist will just compartmentalize everything you said and gas light themselves into thinking they have control and you still love them. When are people going to learn that being completely indifferent to a narcissist is their kryptonite. Nothing else.

    In truth you don't even need to talk to the narcissist, you must not in no uncertain terms inter act with the narcissist, stop saying what people must say to the narcissist I don't think you should be telling the victims what the victim must say to the narcissist. I truly don't like this line of argument.

    • @domolincoln9905
      @domolincoln9905 10 дней назад +1

      Yes I agree although I think their is a difference between talking to the narcissist and standing up for yourself against the narcissist. In this video I think she’s referring to standing up to the narcissist so they know you will not tolerate or put up with their behavior. Then remove yourself and go no contact. Standing up to the narcissist can be the start of healing process for us because for many of us probably been silent for too long which makes the narcissist think they can continue to bully us. But then again I do see and understand your point.

      I appreciate your perspective! In this video, the focus is on empowering individuals to stand up to narcissists and establish boundaries. It’s important to find what feels right for each person, whether that means engaging or choosing to cut off contact entirely. Thank you for sharing your thoughts!

      The best to empowerment yourself is to NOT SAY ANYTHING!
      You probably said enough already.
      Let your actions speak through your SILENCE..
