He has 2,600 gold and platinum disks and is in the Guinness Book of World Records for having hits in more languages than any other singer on the planet.
He doesn’t have the biggest vocal range, but what he does have is beautiful in tone, and unique because of his perfect pitch and impeccable phrasing. He is a master of his vocal instrument. His musicality and use of dynamics is unmistakable and I really believe that he has an actual physical buzz when he sings, as he often tried to explain it a lot on interviews. He has see to say that he had a feeling that swept over him from his legs up when he sang and “felt” the music and his audience and I guess, that is why there is so much feeling behind every word, and every note that he sings. Julio Iglesias is an artist of incredible talent, there is no doubt about that.
