This is the first song/performance that brought me to tears in a long time. So much talent, harmonies, heart, soul and emotion. I bawled and my daughter asked "what's wrong, daddy?" I love this. Shoshana you blew me away. Scott is one of the most versatile and beautiful voices in music today and he is mistakenly underrated in the mainstream just like PTX. Scott has a heart filled with love for music and in everything he does it shows and he does everything from establishing PTX to arranging to vocals to production to writing and on and on. Someone gifted in all areas of music is gift and that is what Scott is ~ a guardian angel of music. Shoshana is simple AMAZING! All of Scott's colabs blow we away. He has many talented friends just like any angel should.

This version, the original and the live with Avery Wilson are pure magic. The song itself is amazing but shoshana herself and the guys she sings with are phenomenal artists!!! This is gonna be played at my wedding for without a doubt!!!

That background is SO beautiful, and when added to the gorgeous, soulful vocals of our Scotty (Scott Hoying) and the MUCH lauded Sosha Bean (via. Mitch Grassi on Sup3rfruit)... well, I felt it. Deeply. I want to mention the very well written, minimalist role the piano played here too. My instrument of choice was not meant to be in the spotlight on this number, but to be played as part of the background with those gorgeous harmonies, supporting the soloists. The pianist did just that and it was a great choice! Those 2 voices were meant to grab our emotions and take us on a journey. I'm talking too much, but feel I can't say enough. Simply beautiful.

I just love to watch Scott sing. He's ALWAYS all in and man does he sound amazing with Shoshana. The gravely, crying sound in her voice when she sings high in contrast to her soft, buttery, lower notes really showcase her talent. I never would have known about her without her cameo on Superfruit, so thanks to Scott and Mitch for that introduction. And what about the background singers? They are such perfection that they sounded auto tuned singing that "yeah, yeah, yeah" in the beginning. Started with goose bumps and ended up with goose mountains. This is a beautiful song you wrote, Shoshana. What an amazing showcase of talent you assembled. Thank you so much for sharing it with me.
