AT LAST THAT ONE VIDEO THAT MADE MY HEADACHE AND MIGRAINE GO AWAY...❤
I am so glad to hear the video was helpful!
I’m an osteopathy student and at our clinic I was a patient for a senior student, we went over headaches and he worked on the masseter and relieved the tmj, I try my best not to grit my teeth anymore but the pin and stretch was so painful clearly because the muscles were sooo tense. He also worked on a lot of the head supporting muscles of the neck and the sub occipitals. Definitely felt different afterwards and didn’t have a migraine or headache for a month or so straight
Soft tissue mobilizations techniques like these can be quite powerful when treating cervical and TMJ related issues.
Yes! Even my jaw and teeth hurt from sub occipital migraines, but this massage you showed now helps to relieve the tight knots and pain in that area - so thank you!
Glad to hear the video and technique was helpful!
If your jaw hurts which happens in my case, you should consider ruling out Craniocervical Instability and AtlantoAxial Instability, i am suffering with the same symptoms you have + Tinnitus in my right ear, which is the area where my agonizing headaches emerge from😢, you should really consider Atlas Orthogonal Adjustment, i wish if i can travel to do that coz it’s unavailable where i live.
Thankyou so much, I have been struggling with the pain for so long, I forgot how it felt with it. The level of relief this gave me, I am so so thankful!!

I am so happy to hear that this technique offered you some relief!
My therapist hurt me so badly with this. I told her several times that it hurt me and she continued. It was a horrible experience. She also did it for about 2 minutes on each side. I am disappointed to know she's not supposed to hurt me and she did.
Sorry to hear that. When implementing manual therapy techniques, it’s important for the practitioner to use a pressure that is perceived by the patient to be therapeutic and not painful.
It should always feel good…. Like “hurt so good.” Communication is key.
I'm getting into massaging too so this was kind of informative and helpful maybe the techniques will really work if I practice enough.
Nice explanation
Wow even my tongue felt something from this massage.
Thank you so much.. this is really helpful
Glad it was helpful!
Thank you so much for posting this
No problem 😊
Hi there, I frankly enjoy and respect your videos, do you happen to share any jaw related content? Like headache originating from jaw stiffness-soreness?
Thank you! I have done a jaw pain video on my Instagram in the past, but haven’t done one on RUclips yet. I’ll plan to film one for RUclips soon.
Thanks for your share🙏🙏🙏
You’re welcome 👍
Get the same pain 😢
Great video
Thanks!
Nyc vidio.
Thanks. This is the type of headaches that even painkillers can't help. Do you mind sharing what causes it? Bad sleeping posture?
I would like to know too
How long are you supposed to do this for ? And how many times a day ? Thanks for your help.
It really depends on the person and how their body responds to the treatment. However, in most cases, I will perform this for 5 to 10 minutes on patients and adjust from there.
hi my friend got into a car accident about a week ago and he doesn't have any serious or even visible injuries but says that his neck hurts when moving it in a certain angle/motion. he said that its probably due to the motion of the seatbelt stopping him when crashing and id like to help but i dont really know where to start. do u have any tips on what i could do? thank you🙏
Sounds like whiplash
Setelah saya coba benar terasa nyaman kepala saya
Can hemangioma cause pain in head
Sorry, this isn’t my area of specialization.
How often should you do this
As often as it helps reduce symptoms (once per day) can be helpful when symptoms are acute.
Did this to my partner and now he’s not moving?
Physiologically, that isn’t possible with the technique shown here.
Did not help me at all.
Not every technique works for every person. Pain is highly individual.
