I got a headache just trying to figure out how the rules work
Okay I think I understand. She memorised the exact order of all 1100 numbers. The judges then "picked" numbers and the assistants called out the position (so the 9th number in the 12th row). This lady had to then remember what number was in that exact position and assemble 3 separate phone numbers. She got 2 correct

@@F_M20 There are 1100 numbers. Those numbers are 100 group of 11 numbers each. Then the groups are numbered according to their place(first 11 digits are group 1) (12-22 digits are group 2). Then after she memorized all of them, including the groups and their place, the staffs then cancelled out everything and then the last 3 remaining groups of 11 must be written in the paper.

I forget mines after summer
None of us ever remembered our roll numbers 😂 But they were in alphabetical order, sorted by our last names, so we managed to figure out the correct order on picture day (the only day in the year we'd need them). Otherwise everything ran through our names.

She memorises the numbers, the 1100 numbers are divided into 100 individual groups. These 100 groups are shuffled. For example if we have only 5 groups 12345 we might get 35241 if shuffled. Each item is shuffled by audible declaration which the girl ears when blind folded, she has to remember the order change by listening. So for 12345 and 35241, group 3 has moved to the first position, group 5 has moved to the 2nd position, etc. She has to do this for 100 categories which each contain 11 of the 1100 digits she just memorised. The judges randomly pull one of the original groups by referring to their new position. So for 12345 and 35241, if the judge pulls number 1 for example, that would refer to the first position of the shuffled group, which, as you could tell, is number 3. So she would then have to recite the numbers in the 3rd group.

Not only did she have to memories 1.1k numbers, she also had to memories them in sets of 11, and remember which set was assigned to which phone, so in total she remembered 1100 numbers in 100 different sets that she had to split and number herself, then remember 100 different pairings of each numbered set to a numbered phone, all in less than an hour. If she even got one right I’d have been impressed, but the fact she passed the challenge is mind boggling statistically
