The original Pudding recipe is from Maria Emmerich’s a Pudding. I will link her video below. I’ve been using this pudding recipe a lot while following PSMF.
At Thanksgiving I thought it would be fun to make a pumpkin spice pudding, so I did and it was delicious!
So I thought because we are moving into Christmas now, that I would do a holiday themed video. I’ve never made the berry or the peppermint bark one, but they were so yummy! I’m definitely going to be doing these mixture blends because I can change up the flavours throughout the week instead of just having plain chocolate! Normally I do my week prep on the weekend and I’ll make a bunch of chocolate puddings, so I like this idea of mixing up the flavours.
It Has been a minute since I’ve made the danishes. I thought I would try Maria Emmerich’s’s new recipe of how she’s been doing her PSMF bread for my danishes instead of my traditional Recipe. Although they were good, I do like my original bread recipe for the danishes. I’ll link the video here Of my original danish recipe
Original danish recipe

Danish recipe
1 cup egg white protein powder
1 tsp Nutritional yeast
1/4 tsp real salt
1/2 tsp Xanthan gum
1 tsp Cream of tartar
1 cup water
Combine all your ingredients and whip on high until stiff peaks form, mine took about four minutes.
Pipe out on lined baking tray.
Bake for five minutes at 325°F Then pole and add a rim on to your danishes. Continue baking for another 10 minutes
Pumpkin Spice Pudding
2/3 cup + 1 egg cooked
2 heaping tbsp Pumpkin purée
1/4 tsp real salt
2 tsp cinnamon
3 tbsp Powdered Swerve
1 scoop Collagen powder
1 tbsp Pumpkin spice skinny syrup or all spice blend
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp cream
1/2 cup of water
Combine all your ingredients in a Nutri bullet or powerful blender and combine until smooth and blended.

Summer Berry Pudding
2/3 cup + 1 egg cooked
1/2 cup mixed berries
1/4 tsp real sat
3 tbsp powdered Swerve
1 scoop collagen powder
1-2 tbsp Of fruit flavoured skinny syrup
Or Drops of Fruit flavoured extracts
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp cream
1/2 cup water
*Optional a few drops of food colouring
Combine all your ingredients in a Nutri bullet or powerful blender and combine until smooth and blended.

Peppermint Bark Chocolate Pudding
2/3 cup + 1 egg cooked
1/4 tsp real salt
2 tbsp Cocoa powder
2 tbsp Powdered Swerve
1 scoop collagen powder
1 tsp vanilla
1-3 drops Peppermint oil
1-2 tbsp Chocolate and Peppermint bark skinny syrup
Or Chocolate flavoured enhancer or extract
1 tbsp cream
1/2 cup water
Combine all your ingredients in a Nutri bullet or powerful blender and combine until smooth and blended.
*Note that if any of your mixtures seem too thin add a pinch of xanthan gum

Frosting
1 heaping tbsp lite cream cheese
1 heaping tbsp Greek yogurt
1 tsp vanilla
*Optional Vanilla skinny syrup
1-2 tbsp Powdered Swerve
Nuke cream cheese for 30 seconds and then add the other ingredients until icing is well combined.

Those are nice little portion control tiny cream pies didn't think about it but that's what they are that's an easy way of making a nice little cream pie without eating a whole pie thank you for all your hard work you're awesome!!!!!!!

So excited to try these! I have frozen fruit in my freezer that needs using up. Where did you find the screwtop lids for your jars?
Aww thanks! I actually just got these jars from the Dollarama they work awesome! If you are going to use frozen fruit I suggest thawing them first and draining any excess water that way your pudding won’t turn out watery or runny as it setting in the fridge❤️🤗

Oh yes I like the bread of my original danish recipe, which is a modified version of Maria Emmerich’s PSMF bread. I did link the video in the description. These ones were just a bit tougher, but you know now that I think of it, it probably worked out for the best because I ate half of each danish and put it in the fridge for the next day and they weren’t soggy🤗

I made it with whole eggs and all I can smell is eggs. I had to toss it out.
I’ve never made it with whole eggs but I’ve heard Maria Emmerich say to leave it overnight. Did you eat it right away or place it in the fridge overnight☺️
@@ketocarnivoreishcrys3446 I kept them in the fridge overnight, but I will try again with just a whites. I just tried Maria's keto cream of wheat and it's made with egg white protein powder. You can't tell it's made with eggs.
Chris from Keto Chow says that if you want to use whole eggs, scramble them and they don’t smell bad at all. Don’t over cook the scramble, they should still be moist (but not runny).
I have done the whole egg pudding and if you leave it in the fridge overnight you do NOT taste or smell egg.
