  • I baked these on a parchment lined baking tray for easy cleanup. I did 350°F and it was well over a half an hour. I did have to drain the fat off a couple of times. I only seasoned my skins with Redmond real salt but you could totally get creative with your seasonings.

    Did you wash the chicken skin first like lool at how it was packaged all that blood marinate with the skin
