    Please 1 video bnaye jis pr exercises ka sahi time, exercise k pehle or baad me kab khaye. Mera schedule kafi busy h ,mere husband ka night shift work from home 3 am free hote morning 7 bachho ka school, me samjh nhi pati kab or kaise ? Please help
