No, it's true. Keto is not for everyone. I found that out when I worked with a trainer and dietician and we did my Macros. My body thrives on Carbs, so Keto was a no go for me. When I did it, I gained weight I couldn't believe it. Fat is my smallest number in my macros. Now I'm basically doing the Zone Diet (Mediterranean) and I'm down 20 lbs.
