Great video, thanks. I live in Indio and use to keep my Bonanza at Thermal (KTRM). It's a great airport that can accomodate anything from homebuilts to Boeing 737's.
Climbing out (11:10 ) I noticed and wondering why IAS is 110 but GS and TAS is 43kts faster at 153 while there is no tailwind. The PFD shows the wind 235/5.
That one was based at my home field (LOZ) many years ago, he was a good friend that got my dad into a M350, and now dad has moved onto his second M600. Good airplane.
Wow, so that is what it looks like when you can get airborne before the crossing runway. I’ve flown out of PRC for the last 14 years. And never have I ever been airborne before that runway. I’ve always seen the golfers clapping and raising their drivers as we go overhead.
I’ve only been a resident of AZ for about a year and a half actually! 😂 I’m a Michigan native, but we have our fair share of towns that people don’t pronounce correctly, so I guess that’s me trying my best to not screw it up lol.
@@LeppAviation Hah! Well, I now live in WA State where there are many places that are easily mispronounced. I'm a native Michigander and there is an Arizona/Michigan/Washington connection, IMO. I flew in Miami before KTUS, and then the big kahuna - LAX.
Great video, brother! I definitely get some Steveo vibes with your videos! I love it. I’m proud to see how far you have come since we met through RUclips - Hopefully one day we can get together and catch up! Keep up the amazing work and safe flying!!
Aye I really appreciate that brother! It’s been one helluva ride man, we definitely will catch up soon! Gotta get you, me, and Dom back together and recreate old times 😎 Thanks for the support man!
Wondering if you’d consider a consultation call about your video and audio. I tried with new camera gear, and the quality and pain of it all induced me to return it all. Want to try again. Your video is great and your audio is also great. Would you have time for a call? Great flight in a great aircraft…. Would love a copy of that checklist also!
@@LeppAviationthere’s actually some pretty big differences between the two. Only reason I know is because I’m looking into purchasing one and have been doing my research
@@JohnathanMaravilla I am aware of the differences, I gave initials and recurrents in them and had to learn all variants. It’s all under the PA46 designation, so not enough significant differences to call it something new. Only a different engine, interior, avionics, and some extra features
@@LeppAviationI always thought Malibu was a kind of a family which includes Mirage, Matrix and Meridian. I fly a Matrix btw, but it’d be awesome to get an experience in a “pressurized Matrix” (Mirage) Nice vid btw ✈️
Not it at all actually. Planned PXR in the route to get sufficient time at FL250. Thus the radio call to ABQ Center that I was on a maintenance flight and wanted the full route.
All the Riddle callsigns brought me back to flight school there, talk about barely controlled chaos. ATC was always on top of things though.
Thats why UND is the way to go

I've been looking for more aviation content like this. Glad I found ya!
Thanks a ton, Josh!
Congrats on surviving the absolute hellhole that is Riddle traffic 🎉
Gimme the T-Shirt 😤
It’s only bad from 11-3 when there are 20 planes stacked up with 10 on the ground
Those speed brakes are super cool, love how they pop out like that!
Worked at Piper In Vero Bch my last job I had there was control surface rigger on the Malibu in the mid 80's.Loved that job.

No kidding! That's awesome, small world! I have a few hours in the M600. Hell of a bird!
Likes the split screen on approach, gives a great view for orientation on the screen. Thanks

Gotta love the high density altitude 😅
I'm a "Bear Down" Wildcat and notice the natives pronounce Prescott sounding like "press-kit". Have a nice flight surely applied as true for this one!

@@jameswaters3939 Ha! Small world, I love it! Should let me know whenever you’re out in AZ again
I noticed 37 gph in climb. Is that a 350 hp 540? Do you have to run them so rich?

That’s why I always liked old school aviators the temple pieces were so small they work great with noise canceling headphones
I'm PRC based but used to be TRM based. Fun flight...good job. New subscriber.
Do pilots wipe down seats and buttons with sanitation wipes or disinfectant spray, like at a gym when you are handing it off to another person?
I would trust you flying my family! You are very meticulous! Appreciate your intention to every detail and the four screen view on final approach.
Thanks for the kind words my friend! That means a lot.
Owner needs to get the new pilot side window installed. Those little opening windows are an issue with pressurization.
Any idea when International Airport plane spotting will return??
Plane Spotting content is coming very soon 😎

No Doubt proficiency Onward to more!
will you post another video about the phenom 100 ferry flight?
That was unfortunately the only episode in that series 😅 More to come soon though!
Love the videos!!
I love the Malibu.
Mirage or Malibu?
Mirage in title and @:43 on the aircraft and during video introduction, yet most radio calls were “Malibu”.
I am confused.
The airplane is considered the Malibu/Mirage. Same airframe, just modernized. Malibu rolls off the tongue better in radio calls

Pitot heat “on”?
I've flown there. New sub here!
Thanks for watching man!
Why not lean on the ground?
🍻
Typical day at KPRC
are you sitting in a Mirage oder in a Malibu ?...............................(listen to ATC and your own voice)
It’s considered a Malibu/Mirage. Same airframe, just updated over time. I just think Malibu rolls off the tongue a little better in ATC calls
Take me as a SIC :(
Or just say you are scared of flying through a MOA
