    I've been doing some of your guided meditation videos for about a week or so, lately. Today I was having an anxiety attack, but I used this guided meditation and it helped keep me grounded. Thank you for making these guided meditation videos.

    Was rushing around the apartment washing dishes, putting away laundry, etc. and was difficult to sit down and listen to this meditation, but am glad I did. Am more in touch with my body and feel more relaxed. Thank you for another excellent video.

      Good question. Often it's the most useful prompt for some people. Think of it like reverse psychology. Sometimes when we give the mind permission to do whatever it wants, it finally settles and relaxes in awareness. Other times it goes right to thoughts. Notice and watch where the mind goes when you give it permission to just let go of all effort.
