Julia Ormond is beautiful and such an amazing actress. In this scene she was able to convey so much emotion and vulnerability in her look, the way she hesitated (hold back) and not give into her feelings for him because she's afraid to be hurt again. The tearing of the eyes because she's wrestling with these emotions, then finally giving in and the relief that came with it. Bravo!
She chose the best brother. David had a roving eye despite being engaged. Lionel knew who she was when she returned. Lionel noticed every small detail that made him an excellent business man and husband. Intoned with people's feelings.
😢Really Here my life no relationship and no girlfriend, no love till now. Because I am short height guy and low wealth. No one girl like with me and not married to me. I am facing many problems and it pain fully my life.🥺😔😞💔
I am an average, some say above-average, looking women, 44, who never was in a real relationship, who never heard from a man, that he loves me. This mean also: no children, no family, have a ough money to "survive". I suffer from social anxiety, and became very lonesome. So, you see: you are not alone. Many never experienced what is so normal for others.
Usually, as men get a little older (30s plus) there are heaps of women chasing them - women who want families, or women with children who had a bad first relationship. Keep working on improving your job prospects, managing money well and building wealth. Keep well groomed and well presented and fit and healthy. And learning how to be nice at getting along with people, and sooner or later, women will want you & hopefully you'll find a nice compatible lady you can share life and interests with.
It does happen often enough and is absolutely not always motivated by power and/or money. I was never interested in men below 35 or 36, even when I was under 20.
I hate that she picked the wrong one. But when they wrote this in the 1950s you were required to return the errant fiance to his betrothed. Billy Wilder co screenplayed the Broadway work for the screen with Audrey, Bogart and Holden. I wish he could have just rewritten the ending so the "right" guy - I don't care if he's "wrong" - got the girl.

Disagree! Their chemistry is amazing. When he says “How do I say I’m looking at what I want?” Every woman in the theater sighed and her heart and ours skipped a beat.
My favorite movie of all time. I stopped watching it for a while because I was lonely and it made me sad. This is the first time I’ve seen clips in year. 🥲

She is the best Sabrina
She’s a natural beauty and a wonderful actress and Harrison Ford, no words needed ❤️❤️❤️
@@olgacowling6123I agree. I liked her and this movie much more than the original.
Harrison can do any role he wants, he is just brilliant
Remake or not, this is a fantastic movie.
I love this film. Genuinely great cast.

True!
Linus.
What a crock
One of my favs, Sabrina ( bought a DVD of this movie).❤❤
Harrison Ford was specially cute on that version of Sabrina.
have seen more than 100times every evening
Thoughful and nicely character driven film. The all star cast carries it off in fine style.
My favorite movie. I have both versions.
I love this movie!
When a remake goes beyond the original.
Yep 😊
I love this movie
I wished they had made a sequel to this its too late now
Love this movie!
siempre me gusto esta película por favor en castellano y completa plis!!!!!
For me, Julia Ormond will always be Susanna from Legends of the Fall ❤
I liked both versions.
Loved that movie!
I loved this movie. Much better than the original
Oh I love this so much best film
The correct brother got the girl
Julia Ormond has that vulnerability that Audrey Hepburn just didn't have.
1:39 Wow, she's a really good ventriloquist!
Deveriam fazer um novo remake desse clássico. Já não se encontra essa versão no Brasil 😢
Must be nice to be in love like this
You should do all the pokemon movies for movie clips!
Prefer the original but this one is nice too.

So. Did they go all the way to Paris just to shoot that scene on the bridge??
I know how much you love me toobaby. 😊❤i love you very much n you do see me
It was damian I kissed 😅
The perils of remaking a classic.
What perils? It was done beautifully AND is also considered a classic these days.
As much as I love Audrey Hepburn and Humphrey Bogart and the original. This version for me is my favourite. For many reasons.
Why does hollywood no matter the era always put old men with young women and make it look like this it what women want. So absolutely ridiculous.
It’s what my wife 13 years younger wanted 25 years ago and we’re still going strong.
It’s not a one size fits all situation.
It does happen often enough and is absolutely not always motivated by power and/or money. I was never interested in men below 35 or 36, even when I was under 20.
Yes agree 💯..
But Harrison is just a super gravy actor
such a great movie, but why did she grow up in America but has an English accent?
Because her parents were English.
Right, her parents influenced her the most, because she was a sheltered introvert. it happens.
.......and they hivved lappily ever after!!!!! ;)

You have to be kidding... did we watch the same two movies ?
@@rshhale2411 I did not watch the version 1950. It sounds like it was very different from the version 1995 😮😮
@carolchiu9696 not really, the storyline follows her , and the choice between flighty and useless vrs stable and wonderful.

@Bill_Woo no, the choice at the end tosses practicality. Just with the twist that the one she actually loves isn't flighty like the younger brother.
I thought that was two men. 🤢🤢🤢
Martin Lisa Williams Jason Hall Cynthia
Personally, I think that she could've done better. He's old, stuffy, and selfish.
$$$$$$
I hate live action
BRING CASH!
Worst screen chemistry in the history of romantic movies.
Disagree! Their chemistry is amazing. When he says “How do I say I’m looking at what I want?” Every woman in the theater sighed and her heart and ours skipped a beat.
I couldn't disagree more strongly.
I agree the chemistry is lacking, but "The Holiday" with Kate Winslet and Jack Black is my pet peeve romanceless romance movie.
My favorite movie of all time. I stopped watching it for a while because I was lonely and it made me sad. This is the first time I’ve seen clips in year. 🥲
