Thank you from France, really simple and yet very fonctionnal idea
They don't sell the right dimensions out there so I bought some 3/4"x1"x20" pipe online for my 3x3 rack, I cross my fingers that it will fit

I’m tempted to try and DIY a leg roller to use for the lat pull-down on the ares with the 5/8 pr-4000

Looking forward to seeing the results. My 2 cents: 5/8” is going to be tougher to make DIY attachments. 5/8” bolts (for example) bend a lot easier than these plumbing nipples. This is one of the reasons I went with the PR5000 instead of the PR4000 - it’s easier to make DIY attachments for 1” holes.

Thanks for the simple build. Any idea if it will support around 180 lbs at 45 degrees for a 45 degree back extension?

Nice! I made mine with unused weight pegs. But I've used plumbing foam, it's not that good indeed. I plan to add a layer or two of cosplay foam sheet that they sell on Amazon. Don't know yet if it will work... But well.
I've used also gorilla 🦍 tape to put over the thing. My wife can do miracle with the vinyl, but it would had taken months to do so, too busy. So gorilla tape works for me. ;)

Great video. Is there a way to make an adapted attachment with a 90 degree angle? I have a rack with front to back holes but I’d like to also use this as a lat pulldown pad.

I have something coming out shortly that will definitely solve your issue. But in the meantime…I will post something to instagram tomorrow to show you a way to deal with this issue using my Omega Arms brackets (that I showed you how yo make in this video: ruclips.net/video/FWmroTcOfLM/видео.html at the 14:14 mark). I have a similar setup. You can buy eyebolts and span a lashing strap between them. That works as a very stable Pulldown pat.
