If Weirdmageddon came to DC, Batman will need more then these plans. It's big enough to warrant a crossover event. The best options would be sending the magic focused heroes to deal with this.
Bill Cipher's greatest weakness is his one-dimensional mind. He only has one real goal, and only a few "gears" in relation to that goal. Thus, he is EASILY predictable.
A contingency I'd like to see is Asura (Asura's Wrath). Given that Asura's power is beyond even the creator god Chakravartin, it would likely be necessary to find a way to cut off his flow of Mantra in order to weaken him, perhaps by trying to find a way to disable his Mantra Reactor that allows him to tap in to his potentially limitless wrath. In a similar vein, much of Asura's body appears to be at least partially artificial, so developing a device that inhibits their functionality could also be a possibility. If that doesn't work, since his power is drawn from his rage, a way to suppress his emotions could also be an option. If he can't feel angry, how can he draw power from it?

I have to say, this is probably one of the most realistic humanitarian responses to a detected threat by such a creature, if a creature like Bill Cipher was detected like this, if Batman was real, he probably would have a plan like this to deal with him even if not traditional in manor it's fair enough considering how well he's assessed Bill, and recruiting anyone to his cause would be easy knowing the consequences of his Weirdmageddon coming to fruition, although, unfortunately, this wouldn't work, which is a real shame because this is the plan any humans would probably come up with in a rapid station, although, this plan depends on merely how Bill's power works, or what stage of his plan he's at. If Weirdmageddon hasn't started yet, Batman's plan has 2 outcomes, depending on what's being used to catch his interest then Bill could fall for this realistically, although it depends on how it works, as in Weirdmageddon 3 Take Back the Falls, Bill's in his physical form when he enters Stan's mind, and during this part of his plan he's not in his physical form, depending on the effectiveness of the memory wipe, then Bill could be defeated extremely easily, if, due to the fact Weirdmageddon isn't active, Bill would just be able to leave or awaken a clone, then this wouldn't end well for Batman and Bill would be far more cautious in his approach in enacting Weirdmageddon, something that could be detrimental, would most likely just delay Bill until this plan is forgotten or put out of date, If Weirdmageddon is active, then this could be extremely effective depending on Bill's location, if Bill is in Gravity Falls then this plan works every single time, if Bill was outside of Gravity Falls, unfortunately this plan would fail at this point as well, Bill only wanted Ford, and by extension, any piece of Batman's plan if they had access to the equation to break the Weirdness Barrier, which, Batman likely does not have unless he, is already aware of Ford, manages to arrange a meeting with him. Where Ford gives Batman the equation which is given to the clones, which is used to lure in Bill, depending on how fast the erasure is, Bill could be wiped out as a result of this. Although, there are more factors to consider, Batman has a retrospective completely aware of Bill's strengths and weaknesses, humanity likely does not have access to this data as it's a fictional Disney series, although, if do, then this matters not, something that does though is what Batman has, as stated previously, Batman in essentially all outcomes has nothing to intrigue Bill with to the point of risking himself, depending on if Bill's plea for assistance comes to fruition, and is reinstated by the Axolotl, then Bill wouldn't fall for this, Bill's someone who doesn't make the same mistakes, he always has a new challenge for each person each encounter, and with boundless knowledge comes with past knowledge, and unless Bill lost his memories of his past erasure, Bill wouldn't enter the mind if outside gravity falls, although would probably take the risk again if he was. Overall this is the only plausible effective plan against Bill Cipher, and really the only way to realistically beat him depends on his actions, his caution, Bill was defeated due to arrogance, if Bill isn't as cocky this time around, then this plan is effectively useless, sadly.

As a result, the being known as 'Bill Cipher' has long since sworn revenge against the Pines family, and with the power of a Lovecraftian demon backing him, should be considered a dangerous threat. The Pines family should be monitored and protected against outside threats, because it would seem their family unity is a super power in and of it's own right. Their strengths and weakness intersect and overlap in such a way as to provide them with natural protection from almost all outside threats, but everyone has blind spots, even Bruce Wayne...
While we can only endeavor to achieve self autonomy, in this case, I feel it is imperative to keep the Pines family safe, if only to do so long enough for them to spring into action. While the Pines family is convinced that Bill has been defeated, the Justice League must remain ever vigilant in it's protection of this vital asset. With the ever looming threat of Bill's return, it is important to stay vigilant, now more than ever!
OOC: Beeteedubs, are you looking for another writer? TBH, I'm not worried about becoming rich or 'youtube' famous. I've actually been thinking about starting a(nother) RUclips chan just like this, but TBH, competing against each other would be a waste of time. I would LOVE to write scripts for your chan, sheerly for nothing more than the passion of the project. If you ever make it big, then we can talk about revenue. tl;dr = I wouldn't say no to the money, but that's not why I'm here!
Do Carl from Aqua Teen Hunger Force! 😂

Contingency Plan to stop Roberta the Maid from Black Lagoon.
5:04 I _know_ you didn’t just call Bill Cipher a Danger Dorito.
I feel like many people forget, that when you memory wipe Bill, the few seconds he remains alive, he calls out to a greater power known as, The Axolotl, preserving his physical body, and sustaining his mental form in whatever mind he was trapped in.
Fatalis from Monster Hunter? Destruction incarnate 🗿
Contingency plan code name: Calamity.
Subject Anne Bounchuy.
Possible lines: King Andrias’ hubris got the best of him when he dropped her best friend Sprig to what appeared to be his demise. This action unlocked the power of the Blue Gem in Anne turning her into a Valkyrie or a Super Sayanne as some liked to refer to it.
While it appears that the power of the gems has been destroyed, and Anne and her friends are now living productive lives, the possibility that these powers could return is something to monitor and guard against as the person who wields it can call upon both super strength that’s near Wonder Woman’s level as well as the ability to make constructs like a green lantern. A combo that could prove extremely dangerous.
Dang this channel gives me SCP vibes I like it thank you algorithm actually being useful for once lol
Knowing The Batman, I have no doubt that he'd be able to handle Bill Cypher if the two shared a universe
Bruh when did Rick ever meet Bill?!
Rick & Morty has some Gravity Falls easter eggs.
Presumably a while before mortys mind blowers since we can see 'B. CIPHER' written on one of the vials.
@@TheRealAxolotlAnimates That implies he has Bill trapped in a vial, either because he doesn't know how to truly kill him or because he's considering unleashing him as part of some kind of emergency plan.

If Batman couldn't find a way to beat Failsafe, I'm curious on how he would plan against a stronger AI that can manipulate reality.
Erasing Bill would kill him. Batman doesn't kill.
He does occasionally if he has to.
There is some evidence bill survived it but become a none threat, so it could work

How would Batman handle the likes of Dr. Ivo Robotnik (Sonic the Hedgehog movie variation)?
Oh, this's a promising idea for a story. But Bill Cipher is really described as a demon; not some kind of a heathen god, and that's canonical for "Gravity Falls" where he/it shows up.
