How many remember Vlone? Vlone was a NY based streetwear brand created by ASAP Rocky, ASAP Bari, Playboi Carti, Ian Connor, and ASAP K.
Vlone was launched relatively recently during the days where the 1st gen brands had began to bow out, paving the way for the 2nd gen of streetwear if you will.
But a meteoric rise to the top of the streetwear game was matched with a disastrous plummet to the bottom. And Vlone is not today what it used to be. Why is that? Let's find out.

I can tell you exactly what went wrong
aside from the SA stuff with bari.. vlone got watered down by easily accessible album Merch. And that killed the whole exclusivity aspect of the brand. It All dwindled down to Merch after 2020
The stuff you don’t see anymore you will have to buy used or resell.. that’s the exclusive drops you’ll never see again
The closest Merch to actual VLONE is juicewrld quality wise..
