Can the Safety Officer Perform Other Tasks or do Multi-tasking? Philippines OSH Law!

Query on DO 198 or the Philippine OSH Law if the Safety Officer can perform other task at work or do multi-tasking and the answer is “yes”, provided that he/she shall devote adequate time to fulfill the required functions as Safety Officer.
