Na inspect na po ba kayo ni DOLE? Naging call out po ba ang non submission or noted violation? If not, then there will be no penalty. Penalty arises when there is willful intent to violate. Kaya submit na po asap. Thanks!

Hi po. Anong december 30 po? Ang submission ng AEDR po ay on or before January 30 following the covered period/ year po. Ang covered year ay January 1 to December 30.

Hi. Does your satellite office have different business registration from your Main plant? Or is it just an extension? If it has it’s own business registration, it has it’s specific capitalization and thus must be registered to DOLE separately.

If you meet the requirement to be an SO3, you can be the designated SO3 ng company.

Hi. Usually ang SO ang gumagawa ng AEDR and WAIR then ang OH personnel ang sa AMR. But as long as you are trained on how to do the report pwede kahit sino sa kanila ang gagawa.

Hi. Please take note of the changes, WAIR must be submitted every 30th of the month with or without disabling injuries and should be submitted online via www.reports.dole.gov.ph ....... All other reports must be submitted to the DOLE office having jurisdiction over your workplace. Thanks

Hi. Yes po. Please check rule 1050 of the OSH standard. Though it was not explicitly mentioned on rule 1050. You may check also other issuances related to BWC DOLE Zero Accident PRogram, particularly the 1M safe man-hr milestone.
