I'm Here Intro

Mental health is important. I've never been good at keeping mine healthy. For the first time in thirty years, I am allowing myself to process and confront the unspoken emotions and mental health issues that I told myself I would never share out loud.
We should be able to speak up about our mental health. This is me speaking up, and what better time to encourage others to speak up as I do than Mental Health Awareness month.
My name is Dustin, and this is a small intro to my eight-part series which I open up and get the words out.
