Does the magsafe ring works well when it is centered on G logo? Some posts on reddit suggest a shift towards bottom!
As you can see on this video, it is OK if you center it or move it down. So yeah either way you are good. It will also depend on the brand of MagSafe conversion kit you buy. The ones from ESR work either way. Center it or move it down a little bit

@@ahmed512you want to move it below, do not center it! It will charge slower and get hotter if you center it. The coil is not centered and some cases actually are designed incorrectly!
It would be nice if you make a video about alternatives to the pixel stand, i found it not pleasant from esthetic point! Is there any other good suggestions that Can reach 15w?
Yeah it's not all that great to look at. I agree. As of right now the only wireless chargers that actually give 15 watts would be the ones for the iPhone in particular. Personally I don't really like to use a wireless charger basically due to the increased Heat it produces. I feel like it's going to degrade my battery overtime. So I plug in whenever possible

@@randy1488, I placed it a little lower than centered on the G. It worked perfect.
Which position with esr halolock should I choose on the templates? On Spigen Thin cases. Just like the one you got on your phone.
The one that gets you just below Center. You can also choose the one that gets you right on Center as well. That will still work.
Before you decide on the position that you’re going to use. Put the ring on the case with the phone installed and see if it will wirelessly charge in that position. You can place a piece of tape if you have it over the ring to hold it down in the position that you are planning on using. See if the wireless charger works in that position. If it does, you are good to go. Also,put on the MagSafe accessory that you like to use. To see if you like the way it feels in hand. After you’ve done this, you are ready to peel off the little protective piece of paper that Covers the adhesive on the ring itself

Definitely no USB C access on the pixel stand gen 2. But there is on the ESR Halo MagSafe charger.

@@jpf1978 I'm talking about the cases that already have the built in MagSafe so I can't move those. I just put the battery on the magnet. Either way it still overheats. I'm glad you agree with me.

Ya it works, because the magnetic ring on it is in the correct position, dropped down a bit where G logo isn't centered.
I got a magsafe case for my pixel 8 pro by itskins and I used the pixel stand 2nd Gen daily but now it just lights up a blinking orange light and doesn't want to charge my phone anymore. I also tried to wirelessly charge my pixel without the case with no luck has this ever happened to you or anyone? I'm wondering if the magsafe magnet messed up my wireless stand.
Are you using the original power supply that was sent in the box with the pixel stand?
I’m sure you are, but thought I should ask. Your charger might be defective. I’ve been using the pixel stand with MagSafe rings, and it is still working just fine. Can you please let me know what MagSafe case you are using?
