No. Tape Level controls saturation on the non-delayed signal. This is not adjustable in V2. Independent controls allow for better management of saturation on the main signal and delay signal, from very subtle (much more than V2) to pretty wild.
@recoveryeffects I have a V2 and I can't really get any sort of oscillation or freeze when the dry signal is louder or at parity with the delay level. It just kinda fizzles out or feels like nothing. The momentary switch only does anything past 2 o'clock on the blend knob, but then the dry signal is a bit buried. It feels like a pre-delay. Does V3 have oscillation when the dry signal is louder than wet?
Had the v2 and stupidly sold it. Will pick one up when break the machine get them in stock in the uk!! Very unique delay. Congrats recovery!!
Noice. Was wondering about the V2 at just the perfect time to look it up ;)
This pedal just speaks to me.
Love it!
very nice!
So is the "tape level" knob more or less equivalent to the "blend" knob on the v2?
Really just curious if you can have it be subtle like the v2.
