The fur looks amazing.. immediate thought is we need a follow up on this showing how to apply the fur to a custom mesh with morph targets, export into Unreal, and apply some UV color channels! [i.e. Tiger Fur anyone.. or a Petable Pikachu with Fur Physics cause why not]

I want to create an Animation where the hair growns up, but I dont want the hair or Fur to look stiff and flat when is growing, but to have a bit of movement. I know there is other ways to create hair with dynamics, but I was wondering if I could add it to Vray Fur. Thanks a lot!
You can’t. It’s not meant to be a fur simulation waving in the wind. The most you can do is animate the noise map phase to get it to change a bit over time
And what type and color should the fold map be so that the hairs do not go in a circle, but bend radially towards a common center? I've already broken my whole head, the radial map is not suitable.

No... That would be great, but you can't.You can only animate the bend and gravity, if that make sense for what you are trying to accomplish :)
This is something you can do with tyFlow but not Vray Fur

how do you have cm in your modifier, i have it in meters and can't have thin fur....
You need to change your default 3Ds max units
