I am from Wisconsin and this area really doesn’t get a lot of crime so I think they’re more patient across the board. If this was Milwaukee it would not be this way.
The point in the video where the one officer asks if they've been trained on the new method for high-risk stops and says the new method is really good was kind of shocking in itself. Very few people like change, so to be open to change and to seeing the benefits, AND encouraging others about it is rad. I've seen some good cops in Milwaukee, but they have a long, awful history that still permeates the force, leaving many bad ones still. Hopefully the new good ones will prevail.
Right!? He had absolutely nothing to gain by his behavior. Wanna prove it to your boss? Show him the ticket with the date and time! 🤦🏻♀️The dumbass is strong in this one.

@@gagegrIt is hard to make a judgement if you have never seen city cops work to believe they would generally be any more or less professional. Law enforcement officers are really just ordinary people with families, bills to pay, kids to get to school or take off work to take them to the doctor. Some go to church regularly, some don’t. I know this because I have worked with law enforcement. I worked with one officer who had a son with a congenital disease that meant he would never live independently. I saw a video yesterday of some officers who responded to a call from a woman afraid she was going to hurt her kids, a newborn and a 4 year old. They took her to the hospital and she was later released. They got another call from the address, and knew immediately it was really bad. The same officers responded as the previous call and one of the officers had changed a stinky diaper on the infant on the first. He was the first to look in the bassinet and see what no one should see. They didn’t show the infant of course, but they told the responding ambulance that he was covered with bruises and bleeding from the eyes. He practically screamed and started crying. It shook him to his core. Officers see things no one should ever have to see. There definitely are bad cops but cops have quit protecting other cops like they used to. That is why some cops hop from agency to agency. The cop who murdered George Floyd, and the ones that didn’t stop him and all other cops now face consequences. It is also very dangerous for a former law enforcement officer to be in prison for obvious reasons.
@@tjtruth4793 Dude the way he looked at the other cops and went "Have you guys done the new High Risk training? No? Okay, you should, its weird to get used to but its way better" and then took the lead is what sold me on Jamie. Cops should use him as a role model

Yes!! We see you Walworth Co. Sheriffs Office. If this interaction was any indication, officer (? idk his rank) Jamie is a GOOD COP. These folks were organized and methodical, getting the job done without needless escalation. Most of all, I heard a lot of calm communication in a tense situation (even through the initial adrenaline rush, he didn't let it control him), when 95% of officers/departments would be screaming their heads off and angling for their chance to give Skyler a beating. This officer is obviously a thoughtful person, also he mentions new training which they are getting and value implementing. @TowerArcanaCrow I've been roughed up by cops and my bestfriend was murdered in cold blood by one (I watched the dash cam footage in court) so I completely understand. Failure to Yield resulted in muliple backups with ARs, shotguns, dude talking about his OC grenades, getting a K9 unit to jump in the back through a broken window, stop sticks and road blocks and a damn Bearcat. And you can tell these cops were loving this. "I'd love to break out some windows." They couldn't have brought more gear if Bin Laden was driving that car. @lilpenguin092 he was charged with fleeing an officer. Could you acknowledge that the guy was actually right about everything thing he said? All that gaslighting, and he only catches 1 charge and continues to call out what the cop are actually about way before they actually do it. Let's be honest with ourselves: Was this guy at any time an actual threat, or were the cops in ego overload? They destroyed everything he had in his possession that day, and he only got 1 charge. Do you not see how they tied him up and continued to show aggressive behavior just because he was trolling them? They never wanted to hurt him, but he was actually right about everything. We can continue to gaslight this young man for being mentally unstable or maybe step back and take a look at what he said and how it's an overall trend across law enforcement and how they treat anyone who won't comply. Again, I never once saw the "suspect " do anything aggressive or disrespectful once to any officer, but I did witness law enforcement being aggressive and rude to someone who was just having a hard time. Remember, this was all over an accusation of a speed violation, but I did see that charge on his report. Also, remember the officer were in fear of their life and had to destroy everything to prove themselves wrong. Do I believe that the young man could have dealt with this differently? Absolutely. I also believe that law enforcement can deal with things differently as well. He was right when he told the cop , just because you have a badge, you can write whatever you want on that ticket, and the cop responded, "That's right🤦♂️ Does ☝️ quote the officer made make you feel more confident in police ethics codes and comments like that should be addressed? He had no weapons, and he had no indication of being in possession of a weapon ✅️ He wasn't sited for speeding ✅️ He wasn't in possession of drugs✅️ He wasn't a risk to others or himself, ever✅️ He was reaisted and never charged with resisting arrest ✅️ He was cordial and polite with everyone and never showed aggressive behavior ✅️ Oh, ok, so the big tactical vehicle was absolutely nessasry. I do get your point, and yanking the guys hoodie string out was nessasry as well. Mater of fact, it was so nessasry that they never actually committed him into a psych ward. Aggressively pulling of his shoes, and the young man never even shows any intent to harm anyone. They shoved his head forcefully down to convince you that he needed to be treated that way. Damn you are right ✅️ I will never question ethics when it comes to interacting with bad people like this: bad man, bad, scary man, bad, scary, bad man

@@KristyRupert I guess that makes a bit of sense.

They will actually be required to do what you have said, if a law gets passed that requires the absence of privately owned firearms during the vaccination process and certain people decide do bring a firearm even though its against a law that they could have stopped from passing in the first place or could have challenged through the courts.
I'm personally not entirely sure why anyone would want to bring a firearm for a very simple medical procedure like a vaccination, but when my mom was still changing my diapers, I was admittedly also very scared of needles. So I'm not going to judge other people based on their mental ability to handle something traumatic as a vaccine shot. On the other hand I'm also not entirely sure if I want to have people with guns around me that have ptsd from getting their vaccine shots as babies.

This is better than COPS. And how awesome is Officer Jamie.
Officer Jamie gives me hope. Skyler does not.
This guy radiates "I grew up in a small town where the cops knew my dad and let me get away with stuff" energy. He just doesn't believe they'll actually treat him like a criminal.
And they don't. They pampered him the whole way. Just look at the difference in their approach, their patience, and the language they use. It's patently obvious. Right right?
@@jeremylindsey94 Would you rather they treat everyone like trash? Or treat people like humans when they have the luxury of doing so?
@@jeremylindsey94 That is the best course of action. If the officers let emotions get in the way of their behavior, this guy could use it against the department in court.

U are one of few channels who use so many subtitles which i am very thankful for
And actually useful subtitles, not half incorrect subtitles like most of the other channels that do subtitles!
^
Agreed! I have auditory problems, so the subtitles are great!
@@makzwell Because this channel doesn't use AI to generate subtitles, thank god 😂😂

Officer Jamie is literally what the community both needs and deserves.
@@QuilloManar facts
He took too long to reach the inevitable conclusion, wasting everyone’s time and energy; he needed to be more forceful. Doing it this way prolongs everything by giving the criminal the idea that he’s in control.
"It better be ASAP". The most stubborn and entitled pos ever shown on video. And he's seemingly not even drunk. Astounding!
Most chill cop ever
All of these officers deserve a raise. A model for communication and respect. Even after all of the shit he made them go through, they were still respectful and offered him water and EMS.
Especially the k-9 officer. After seeing Midwest safety provide a translation of the dogs thoughts, I feel like he needs a raise and much more play time!
all of these sentences and citations needs to be waaaaaay higher... because if resolution of bringing 20 cops, k9 unit, barricades and an assault vehicle to bust you out of a car and all you get is "fleeing an officer" then something is not right :)
They need a raise for doing their basic job? Cops are so bad in America that whenever they do their job properly people are amazed. 😂
That’s part of their job. They were making sure to not get sewed. They were still respectful though, which is more than can be said for some of the cops on RUclips.
You won't see this on the news though.
Wow. He wasted tons of resources for what? He isn't the brightest crayon in the box😂😂
😂
Tons of resources? A but of pepper spray and extra fuel for the cars.
The police are all going to be paid the same whether they were there or the other side of town. Same goes for the health services.
I know you’re talking about the officers.
You’re one of those insufferable assholes at work that say shit like “workin hard or hardly workin” aren’t you?
@@Vile_Entity_3545 it’s a waste of resources when that’s tax dollars paying for them to be standing around yelling I don’t wanna hurt you, when it could have taken one officer to deal with. Bunch of pansy’s that enjoy your money going to waste. America is indecisive on whether they prefer the taste of bootlicking before or after it’s stuck up their asses
Kudos to the lead officer checking with others to see if they had been through the “new” training. Very astute and it keeps everyone on the same page. That lead officer is clearly an absolute professional.
"This is not a brazzers video!" 😆 bruh that shit killed me.
Complete respect for the way the main officer handles this. Hes so kind with his words and genuine and gentle as hell. Hes trying so hard to connect with the guy in the car its crazy. His patience makes me question mine.
For real dude, this is what good training looks like…this cop is well trained and it shows, his de escalation skills are on point
I'm a crisis counselor, and that officer hit all the marks for de-esclation. He needs to teach a class on it to some of the other officers I see on this channel lol
@@thecocohead that said, none of the de-escalation words worked even a little bit. He only surrendered after the swat truck blocked him off, window was smashed, and with a threat of the dog biting him.
@srobeck77 that's because he's stupid as hell. The cop did a great job imo
@@srobeck77 you are completely misinformed….de escalation doesn’t mean surrendering…it means the situation doesn’t get worse from the suspect or police getting angry and violent from frustration or something like that
Officer Jamie is a literal angel..he was so gentle, understanding, and compassionate. Breath of fresh air to see a genuinely sweet soul cop or not.
You should see him with a black person 😂😅,
He should be a field training officer.
