maedhawk just came out with a pass through style adaptor. Works great. let's you charge a phone. Doesn't need an adapter to work. it's type c.

Sorry guys. I should have turned the ISO up in the camera. Alittle dark but hopefully it is watchable. Enjoy. Let me know if you have a fix besides my 3 options.
