I have the same question. I swapped the stock motor for the 370 and either the ESC or the 1500mAh battery or both couldn’t give it even power. Swapped back to stock for the time being.

I have changed the motor with the metal gearbox, the ESC, even the receiver to use it in my transmitter, but I can't get it to work at anything other than a single speed and it's fast. Do you know if there's a way to configure two speeds like with the original electronics? Thanks for your videos.

Not for nothing I had made the purchase of buying one of these RCs thinking that they were cool and ordered all the upgrade parts. First of all they are low budget second of all the upgrade parts do not fit correctly. People edit the video so you don’t see the head that they go through to install all these parts so beware

You need to change the esc to have more speed and more torque. About the silicone inserts i never try ones in this measure of rims

Stock esc is not recomended in 370 motor
