Good review. I wonder if the Oupes 1800 would run the stove top. They also have a 2400, which is a bit too heavy for me to lift and carry. It may be fine for a guy.

I think you should be okay with stove top. It also depends on the stove top for example the 12 dollar little stove top from Walmart will not be an issue but a induction cooktop can be used but you may not be able to use it on the higher setting. Thank you for the great feedback.

if they would just have someone answer the phone i would probably saved the company $150 and was getting ready to buy a bigger unit. lesson learned, don’t buy anything that doesn’t have a support number. just for giggles, i fixed my oupes through jackery adjustments. they do look a lot alike don’t they
