These FMS planes are sold at many hobby stores as well. Try a Goggle search and you may find one nearby.

Glad you are still doing content because the Drone world is very stagnant right now.
Unfortunately DJI killed most of the drone competition so it’s only when there is a new model DJI release that the community gets excited. I do have much more drone content coming up.
I had the Grey one years ago, a very stable flyer.

Just a Tip for ya Always check CG on a low wing plane with it inverted wheels up for better accuracy. and vise versa for a high wing plane
Hi Steve, good choice for plane-week ! I have a mini T-28 from Eachine that looks similar; great plane to fly. After watching this video I think it's time to order "the bigger brother" and have some fun with that too 😎 P.S.: I'm putting in a BetaFPV ELRS receiver and bind it to my TX16S 😉
I love all the T-28 models. The T-28 was one of the first planes I picked up when I first started flying planes & I’ve loved them since.
Fun fact: you can also get PWM receivers that work with more modern control links thus allowing you to use the same radio you use for your drone with a plane. I have been using ELRS PWM receivers recently, almost every company makes them. Even if you want to use something like Crossfire, which to a drone guy looks completely uncompatible with planes, you can use a CRSF to PWM converter.

I’ve still got my Spectrum 5e. I got a Dynam Hawk Sky, 7-8 yrs ago. Put some carbon fiber rods all thru it. Crashed it countless times. A little hot glue and it’s flying again. It’s got my Capt Drone sticker on it. I got a GO 2 and it’s great. Waiting for warmer weather here in CO to try my Arrow 5 boat that you reviewed. This plane looks pretty good to me. Thx 👍👍👍

I saw an unidentified flying object , when I was walking home , if I hadn't have looked up I would have missed it , blind look , it was between 2 clouds, it was moving around in a circular fashion , then darted into the cloud , it was really impressive, a white ball, i am convinced it new I was trying to line my phone up on it , and it hid in the cloud.

Nice job and good hand launch. I wouldn't call the T-28 a beginner plane though it is the perfect first war bird. Do you know about the Lemon receivers? As3x essentially and Spectrum compatible for about $35 American. My club and I have been using them for years. Work like a charm and great value for money.
Are few of the guys at the field use Lemon.

Hi Steve. I'm thinking about trying the rc plane hobby. Is there any good planes that are medium in size or should I try something small 🤔 I've only been flying drones and I got into the fpv hobby when I bought the dji fpv a year ago
best beginner planes are the Ready To Fly kits I've shown such as the RTF AEROSCOUT and the RTF SUPER EZ

CG within limits? I have an AR637T and a 2s 1300 with everything as far forward as possible and I'm totally tail heavy. Any suggestions?
When that occurs to me with any plane I simply add tire rim balance weights. You can buy boxes of them on Amazon with sticky backs that you can place on the nose or tail of your plane.
if that has retractable landing gear taking them off and landing it on the belly should only be done in emergency you can mess up the wheelbase
800mm planes rarely ever have retractable landing gear due to weight and wing depth.

I have a love hate relationship with T-28 rc planes. I have 4 (900mm) in various states of disrepair. One of my first planes, so it was crashed a lot. Lots of spare parts. Now, I like how they look, but refuse to fly one. Seems I crash it every time so I just dont bother. Lol They have become decorations.

Heyy, I thought this plane was only capable for a 2s, since the esc is only 20amp, would you recommend changing the esc to a larger one when running on a 3s lipo??

It is almost identical to the Spektrum AS3X and SAFE system.

Hilarious, in North America, Hand Toss means just that (nothing sexual). Now that I know I’ll use Hand Launch.
