I bought a Bernina 570QE just as we went into lockdown for COVID-19....so, no classes. I watched a number of videos, read manuals but still get pretty insecure about the machine. A Facebook recommendation led me to your videos and I was so impressed. The explanations are very clear, the photography is excellent, showing every little detail and the narrator is a real pro. I can’t tell you how much these videos have helped me to gain confidence in my machine. Answered so many questions and pointed out some things I was actually doing wrong. Kudos to you for such a professional video presentation. I’m “hooked”.

Your videos are amazing. I have had my 770 for a number of years and have taken classes at my dealer's shop, but I learned so many little things watching this. Thank you for putting out this content.

She’s a great educator. She doesn’t fly through things. I refer back to her often. Case in point….I have been drawing on 1” lines for quilting…ahhh wow the guide I. The screw is a game changer!

Katie did an impressive job of demonstrating the uses/features for the Bernina. I've had a 790+ for 3 years and learned I was winding the bobbin incorrectly. I'm looking forward to Training part 3.

This is a great video. I have a b530 that I use for plain sewing. I was having a terrible time putting the bobbin in so it would easily pull out. I found I was putting it in wrong. But that wasn't enough. You have to push the bobbin case twice to get it in right. My dealer fought with it and turned it over to the repair guy. He finally figured it out. I was ready to get rid of the machine. It wasn't worth fighting with the bobbin.

Why are you using a 5 series machine to demonstrate under the 475qe heading? You should be using the 475, someone not familiar with Bernina series capabilities will think a 475 can do all of these things you are describing.
