Nose up, start to roll then full rudder. Rolling slightly one way, then the other helps to get a bit more swing into it. After that the F-14 will whip itself into a full 360 degree rotation almost on its own, keep pitching up to get the Kobra-esque High AoA to kill all your airspeed. Works at almost any speed, but trying it close to mach or higher will rip your wings.
