The is the 1st time I got the visa ahead of time. I sent 2 money orders. 1 for $10 and $50. I thought mine would be for $50 and my wife $10 but they kept the $10 and returned the $50. You have to send them your passport, money order, prepaid return envelope, 2 passport photo and the form. I also sent them a copy of the info page of the passport. We tried to call them many times, but they don't answer the phone.

If you go to Laos be careful you may come back in the belly of the airplane, there are so many secret agent not even belong to Laos, they are vietnamese, russian, N. Korea, Cuba and so on they can really do harm to you because the Lao government did nothing to limit other embassy way of doing things. This guy is lucky and high risk, don't try to do like him.

If you go from JFK to BKK is cheaper, Ohio don't have big airpor so it cost more because i have connect flight, thats what i do get my visa first.
