His haunting vocals mesmerise me, his cheeky face makes me laugh.
One of THE greatest rockers of all time, and someone who deserves recognition for his expression and beliefs.

He'll "av ya" for calling him a "rocker" that's for Townsend and that "ghastly lot." John is Punk. Punk is John. Even Noel Gallagher said he'd happily give up all his Oasis albums for the contribution the sex pistols had on music.

Jools appreciates all artists with talent, no one else would give this air time, I've discovered many beautiful sounds on his show.
The one thing I liked about Later was the fact that you never knew what you were going to get, and there was always something fresh, or different, you might not find other wise.
Then Jools plays boogie woogie piano over your song!
Jools has no say who goes on 'Later' he's just the name and face of the brand everything is booked by the producers.

Think of that advert for dementia! John adored his wife of so so many many years and cared for her, whilst she was ill with dementia for many years. He adored his wife. Hear that advert for dementia awareness and hoping and asking for financial help. The one that starts "0Mum first died when she....
Ends up saying "We WILL be there... Again..... and Again....... and Again....

I saw them live last night year and I can say that they are an incredible band. Fucking excellent concert. At the beginning Lydon says 'no more fotos the flash does my head in OK one more photo on the count of three' and at this point he drops his trousers and does a mooner!!! Haha class. I have to say they all put on a great show and gave it their all

John is the best one of the reasons is he's the most intelligent and honest guy I've ever seen in the horrible fake music industry! Absolutely love his sarcastic humor,John is open , a no bullshit taker, and speaks his mind. Very loyal to his loved ones. Just don't fuck his mind and heart.he protects himself constantly for bullshit people often try to do on others. Much respect for him I love him. my mom is same age as lydon my folks are musicians I was brought up with the pistols and pil, all kinds of music actually. I'm a woman and he is to me very attractive cause of his whole personality, I'm just 46 yes..whatever LOL peace, from the Netherlands 🇳🇱

At 2.56 were john sings yeh yeh then comes the nagging yeh yeh yeh yeh yeh........ then the augmented guitar lead straight after, it's just brilliant.
This is simply brilliant. They are some band and i'll bet they don't give a fuck if ya give um a thumbs up or a thumbs down :) Their energy is infectious....so enjoyed that!

I liked when he done a press interview few years back, I think it was when they were just getting back together to do a tour of their favourite’s sec pistols songs, when one of the reporters asked John Lydon a question, he stood up & said into the mic, your all jealous, your all f--ing jealous! Just the way he said it made me laugh!😎

I listened to a long interview with John Lydon on the radio one day. By the end I still couldn't decide what I thought about him. He made some interesting tracks with PIL over the years, so fair enough.
PiL at Glasto is the most formidable afternoon set ever recorded. It's on here somewhere...
