Sounds like some good options! Yeah, unfortunately home gym equipment is not cheap, especially lately but I’ve really enjoyed slowly building mine over time. I actually really like working out in commercial gyms, but all the ones close enough to me are overpriced. Best of luck in your gym journey!
Great use of space. Those garage heaters really do come in handy. There's a lot more you can do with power bands than most people think.

Get some hanging rings for dips and other exercises, you won't regret it.
